Baseline Requirements:

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree
• Authorized to work in the US without the future need of sponsorship
• Able to work full-time (40 hrs/wk) in Summer 2023
• Minimum 3.0 GPA

Technical Marketing Engineer Intern

This is a 12-week summer internship program that offers hands-on experience in a real-world working environment. Allowing the chance to apply the knowledge you've gained in the classroom setting to help problem solve! Providing you with the exposure, network, and practical experience you will need to help discover your own personal version of success and identify your career path upon graduating. Specific intern work assignments will involve a wide range of functions, including product management, business development, project management, feasibility analysis, strategic marketing, customer service support, and others.

Responsibilities:

• Using Siemens NX to create a mechanical assembly for a PCB to meet ECAD design requirements
• Tracking and confirming PCB functional requirements for the Siemens NX Drafting application and presented results to senior management
• Defining Flotherm XT simulation documentation and captured workflow in heat and transfer video
• Resolving origin and coordinating systems on ECAD library components in NX
• Analyzing performance of ECAD - MCAD collaboration workflow and sending findings to software development

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related
• Junior on track for graduation within a year following internship
• Ability to work 40 hours per week from May to August
• Organized, self-motivated, effective communication skills, problem-solver
• High attention to detail and dedication to quality and excellence
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite

The hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $50.00 per hour. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
